At 2:44 PM, Troopers arrested Omar Silva Lopez, age 39, of 415 Mineral Spring Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Larceny Under $1,500 originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles, where Silva Lopez was taken into custody. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 5:15 PM, Troopers arrested Aubra Palazzo, age 27, of 218 Pawtuxet Avenue, Warwick, RI for 1.) Throwing Articles at Moving Vehicles. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Smithfield Police Department to investigate a road-rage incident that occurred on Route 295 in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court date.
