On Wednesday, April 9, 2026, at 10:22 p.m., Troopers arrested Darniel Polanco-Cortorreal, age 22, of 204 River Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) License/Permit to Carry Concealed Pistol or Revolver and 2.) Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited (six counts). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held pending arraignment, where he will be presented as a bail violator.
On Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 1:18 a.m., Troopers arrested Andrew D. Hall, age 32, of 71 Pine Hill Road, Richmond, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I – V Controlled Substance - Under 10 Grams (Adderall). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court arraignment date.
On Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 2:30 a.m., Troopers arrested Ryan Flanagan, age 39, of 21 Champion Terrace, Dartmouth, Massachusetts for 1.) DUI of Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth Division District Court arraignment date.
