On April 9, 2026, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force arrested Timothy M. Nabozny, age 45, of 30 Howard Avenue, Building #58, Bunk D8, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Possession of Child Pornography. Mr. Nabozny was processed at the Wickford Barracks and transported to Third Division District Court. Mr. Nabozny was arraigned before the Honorable Magistrate Joseph P. Ippolito, where bail was set at $5,000 with surety and special conditions of no unsupervised contact with minors, as well as limited internet access. Mr. Nabozny was held as a Superior Court violator.

On April 9, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force, the Detective Bureau and the DEA Providence District Office arrested Adelin Figueroa, age 34, of 996 Atwells Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Delivery of 1oz - 1kg of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Fentanyl to an Undercover Police Officer (2 counts); 2) Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Fentanyl to an Undercover Police Officer (4 counts); 3) Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Cocaine to an Undercover Police Officer, 4) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine; and 5) Controlled Substance Conspiracy (5 counts). Mr. Figueroa was processed and arraigned at the Lincoln Barracks. He was later transported to the ACI pending a morning arraignment in Sixth District Court.

On April 9, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force, the Detective Bureau and the DEA Providence District Office arrested Francisco Martinez, age 35, of 325 River Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, for the following: 1) Delivery of 1oz - 1kg of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Fentanyl to an Undercover Police Officer; 2) Delivery of a Schedule II Controlled Substance Fentanyl to an Undercover Police Officer (5 counts); 3) Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Fentanyl; and 4) Controlled Substance Conspiracy (5 counts). Mr. Martinez was processed and arraigned at the Lincoln Barracks. He was later transported to the ACI pending a morning arraignment in Sixth District Court.
