At 8:12 AM, Troopers arrested Justin Silveira, age 41, of 56 Read Avenue, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstruction. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. Silveira was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court for arraignment.
At 10:30 AM, Troopers arrested Xavier Olivos, age 25, of 254 Indiana Avenue, Apartment 2, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Mr. Olivos being taken into custody at Third District Court. Mr. Olivos was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to Third District Court for arraignment.
