At 1:00 PM, Troopers arrested Darrell L. Price, age 52, of 243 Sand Turn Road, West Kingston, Rhode Island 0289, for a 1.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Presentment as a Violator on the original charge of Possession of a Scheduled I/V. The arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a warrant check at his residence and the subject turning himself in to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks. He was processed and transferred to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake.
At 7:22 PM, Troopers arrested Christopher Perry, age 37, of 245 Stony Fort Road #A, West Kingston, Rhode Island for Willful Trespass. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to 245 Stony Fort Road and subsequently locating Perry. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and held overnight pending morning transport to ACI – Men's Intake.
