On Saturday, May 2, 2026, members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested Gary Tavares, age 65, of 497 Switch Road, Richmond, Rhode Island, for one (1) count of Vandalism. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Gaming Enforcement Unit. Mr. Tavares was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
