At 1:15 PM, Troopers arrested Alistair Pierce, age 33, of 362 Auburn Street, Cranston, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor – .15 or Great (Phase I: .209%, Phase II: .217%) – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers locating a Bolo Vehicle and subsequently conducting a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
