At 10:57 PM, Troopers arrested Chris A. Merced Hernandez, age 21, of 50 Carolina Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Possession of Large Capacity Feeding Device. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Bowdoin Street in the City of Providence. This subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date.
At 12:16 AM, Troopers arrested Jeffrey M. Nuzzolilo, age 45, of H9 AL Pace Drive, North Attleboro, Massachusetts for 1.) 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future court date.
