At 5:58 PM, Troopers arrested Carmelo Rodriguez, age 47, of 21 Fern Street, Attleboro, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxication Liquor and/or Drugs-BAC Unknown- 1st Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident, and subsequent investigation on Route 95 North, in the City of Pawtucket. Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
