At 12:23 PM, Troopers arrested Marlon J. Alvarez Oliva, age 36, of 62 Chester Avenue Basement Apt., Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor stop on Route 146 in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 11:06 PM, Troopers arrested Lori Brown, age 64, of 117 Beechwood Drive, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of reports of an erratic operator and subsequent motor vehicle stop on Scituate Avenue in the City of Cranston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
At 6:12 AM, Troopers arrested Trevor Durkin, age 22, of 66 Beamis Avenue, Cumberland, Rhode Island for 1.) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 295 in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was misdemeanor released from the scene with a future Third Division District Court date.
