At 12:29 PM, Troopers arrested Sobeydi Severino, age 36, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Johnston Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 295 in the Town of Johnston. The Johnston Police Department arrived on scene and took custody of the subject.
