ARREST: 2026-036408 LOCATION: Johnston
On Friday, June 5, 2026, at approximately 8:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Carissa Manning, age 31, of 25A Forand Circle, Johnston, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Cranston Police Department for the following: 1. Felony Shoplifting (4 Counts); and 2) Felony Conspiracy (4 Counts). The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Ms. Manning was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Cranston Police Department.
