At 12:15 AM, Troopers and members of the New Shoreham Police Department arrested Josiah Messer, age 39, of 384 High Street, New Shoreham, Rhode Island for 1.) Resisting Arrest and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disorderly party outside of 34 Ocean Avenue in the Town of New Shoreham. The subject was transported to the New Shoreham Police Department, processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment by a Justice of the Peace
