On Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 9:00PM, Troopers arrested Tiago Medeiros, age 41, of 37 Ethel Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving under the Influence-BAC Unknown-1st Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third District Court.
On Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM, Troopers arrested Sheena Civale, age 44, 782 Main Street, Apartment B, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V controlled substance 10 grams or less, [Lorazepam] 2.) Possession of Schedule I to V controlled substance 10 grams or less [Amphetamine], 3.) Possession of Schedule I to V controlled substance 10 grams or less [Alprazolam], 4.) Possession of Schedule I to V controlled substance 10 grams or less [Methamphetamine], 5.)Possession of Schedule I to V controlled substance 10 grams or less [Fentanyl]. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a notice to appear in Third District Court.

Driving Under the Influence of Liquor-BAC 0.15 or Greater- First Offense (Phase I: 0.193% & Phase II: 0.187%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with notice to appear in Third District Court.
On Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 6:00 AM, Troopers arrested Sopheap Vong, age 43, of 5002 Willow Drive, Boiling Springs, South Carolina for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court.
