At 1:28 PM, Troopers arrested Magaly Cortes Gomez, age 46, of 119 Humbert Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense 2.) DUI of Liquor/ Drugs with Child Passenger $100-2nd Offense, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest was the result of Troopers conducting a well-being check in Lincoln Woods State Park. Delannoy was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Women's Intake Center.
At 1:06 AM, Troopers arrested Vladimir Guzman Abreu, age 33, of 65 Canton Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a Motor Vehicle accident on Interstate 95 North, in the City of Providence. Abreu was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
