Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:10 AM, Troopers arrested Marensi Solano, age 37, of 26 Lancashire Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Violation of a No Contact Order – First Offense. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the report of a disturbance at the Sixth Division District Court. Solano was processed and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 1:03 PM, Troopers arrested Ashley Santiago, age 25, of 162 Whitmarsh Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown (Blood Test Results Pending). This arrest was the result of a rollover motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 10 North, in the City of Cranston. Santiago was treated at Rhode Island Hospital, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released into the custody of a responsible adult pending a future date at the Third Division District Court.

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 9:57 PM, Troopers arrested Hugh Martin, age 38, of 22 Parsonage Street, Unit 197, Providence, Rhode Island, on a Federal Warrant for Probation Violation on the charge of Counterfeiting originating out of the United States Marshall Service. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North, in the City of Pawtucket. Martin was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 11:55 PM, Troopers arrested Samuel Santos Jr., age 43, of 575 Dyer Avenue, Apartment D40, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Simple Assault, 2.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct, 3.) Obstruction, and 4.) Resisting Arrest. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of a disturbance on Route 95 North, in the City of Providence, and Santos Jr. later being located by the Warwick Police Department. Santos Jr. was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment at the Sixth Division District Court.
