On Friday, June 26, 2026, at 9:25 PM, Troopers arrested Milena Polanco, age 41, of 1188 Douglas Avenue, Apartment 8, Providence, Rhode Island, for Obstruction. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to reports of a road walker on Route 195 East, in the City of Providence. Polanco was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending arraignment/presentment as a probation violator.
On Saturday, June 27, 2026, at 2:03 AM, Troopers arrested Ciera Brown, age 39, of 215 Meadow Street Apartment #3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-trial Conference for the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Orms Street, in the City of Providence. Brown was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
