At 8:59 PM, Troopers arrested Armando Brasil, age 45, of 24 Beatrice Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) DUI of Liquor/Drugs with Child Passenger with 13 Years Old – First Offense and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers locating a BOLO vehicle on West Shore Road, in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third Division District Court date.
