At 4:12 AM, Troopers arrested Timothy Stewart, age 35, of 43 Simpson Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Conspiracy, 2.) Obtaining Money by False Pretenses, 3.) Access to Computer for Fraud Purposes and 4.) Bank Fraud. This arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Providence Police Department arresting Stewart on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Scituate Barracks. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
