At 8:30 PM, Troopers arrested Pedro Madrid, age 39, of 16A Pine View Lane, Exeter, Rhode Island, for 1.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance on Pine View Lane in the Town of Exeter. Madrid was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment as a bail and probation violator and later turned over to the ACI-Men's Intake Center.
