On Monday, July 13, 2026 t 4:50 AM, Troopers out of the Hope Valley Barracks arrested Semaj Moseley, age 22, of 633 Winter Street, Apartment 1, Saco, ME for 1.) Reckless Driving, 2.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 3.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense, 4.) Disorderly Conduct, and 5.) Desecration of Public/Government Property. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 95 South in the Town of East Greenwich. Mr. Moseley was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment at Third District Court.
