On July 14, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Joshua Mateer, age 43, with last known address of 164 Casell Street, Narragansett, Rhode Island as a Fugutive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mateer was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was remanded into the custody of the Sheriffs Department. On July 14, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested David Aybar, age 40, with last known address of 560 Prospect Street, Apartment #58, Pawtucket, Rhode Island as a Fugutive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Mr. Aybar was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was remanded into the custody of the Sheriffs Department.
On July 15, 2026, members of the HIDTA Task Force arrested Henry Recinos, age 48, of 17 Gloucester Street, Providence for 1) Possession with the Intent to Deliver One Ounce to One Kilogram of a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine and 2) Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Schedule II Controlled Substance - Cocaine. The arrest is the result of search warrants executed at the conclusion of a narcotics investigation. Mr. Recinos was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to 6th District Court for arraignment.
