At 3:30 PM, Troopers arrested Jorge Morales Salvador, age 33, of 88 Alverson Avenue Floor 2, Providence, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Duty to Stop in Accident- Damage to Attended Vehicle originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Killingly Street in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Johnston Police Department.
At 3:43 PM, Troopers arrested Jacob Auger age 34, of 230 Providence Pike, North Smithfield, RI for 1.) Throwing Articles at a moving Vehicle and 2.) Disorderly Conduct. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a road rage incident that occurred on Route 295 South in the Town of Smithfield. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and provided with a future Third Division District Court Date.
At 1:52 AM, Troopers arrested Priscilla McPhillips, age 32, of 57 Herschel St, Fl 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense, 2.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, 3.) Obstructing Officer In Execution of Duty, and 4.) Refusal to Submit to a chemical Test -First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and held overnight pending arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
