On Thursday, July 16, 2026 at 9:00 PM, Troopers arrested Michelle L. Entwistle, age 50, of 12 Myrtle Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Driving with Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where she was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
