At 8:22 AM, Troopers arrested Carmen Cortes, age 44, of 26 Bodell Avenue, Apt. 4, Providence, Rhode Island, for An Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating out of the State Police – Lincoln Woods Barracks for 1.) Throwing Article at Moving Vehicle; and 2.) Vandalism. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Troopers, and Cortes being located at her residence. Cortes was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
