At 10:54 PM, Troopers, arrested Allen R. Peabody III, age 68, of 7 Circlewood Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for 1.) DUI of Liquor or Drugs – B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. Peabody was processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
