On Friday, July 24, 2026, at 8:52 AM, Troopers arrested Emanuel Diaz, age 43, of 103 Merchant Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, for Driving after Denial/Revocation/Suspension of License Certain Violations – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle crash investigation on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Diaz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at the Sixth Division District Court.
