On Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 1:08 PM, Troopers arrested Dennis Livieratos, age 68, of 35 Larivee Lane West Springfield, Massachusetts, for License or Permit Required for Carrying a Pistol. The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Fourth District Court date.
On Saturday, July 25, 202 at 5:00 PM, Troopers arrested Shanna Roberts, age 45, of 480 South County Trail Apt. 2-36, Exeter, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct (Fighting/ Tumultuous Behavior) 2.) Domestic Simple Assault/ Battery and 3.) Domestic Vandalism. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a disturbance at 480 South County Trail in the Town of Exeter. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of Peace and released with a future Fourth District Court date.
On Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 10:30 PM, Troopers arrested Matthew Dampier, age 33, of 5 Rolling Hill Drive, Exeter, Rhode Island, on a Fourth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Domestic Violence- Simple Assault originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks 2) Affidavit out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks for domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct and eluding. The arrest was the result of a BOLO for a suspect involved in a domestic disturbance in the Town of Exeter and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Blueberry Heights Road in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
On Saturday, July 25, 2026 at 11:25 PM, Troopers arrested Samuel Mullaney, age 22, of 23 -1 Grassy Hill Road, Old Lyme, Connecticut for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an investigation of an intoxicated party who had been removed from an establishment. The subject was transported to the New Shoreham Police Department where he was held overnight pending morning arraignment.
