At 3:17 AM, Troopers arrested Michelle Spremulli, age 28, of 164 Endicott Drive, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of motor vehicle accident investigation on Route 295 in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court date.
