On Monday, August 3, 2026 at 9:34 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Santos Davis, age 21, of 40 Longwood Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Attempted Breaking and Entering originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue, in the City of Warwick. Davis was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
