At 6:00 AM, members of the Auto Theft Task Force and ACI Investigations Unit arrested Chadwick Rodriguez, age 48, of 392 Pine Street, Apartment 7, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses; 2) Forgery; 3) Forgery of Registration Plates; 4) Giving False Document to Public Official; 5) Motor Vehicle Dealer's License Required; 6) Conspiracy. Arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Auto Theft Task Force. Mr. Rodriguez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then turned over to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment where he was issued $10,000 personal recognizance bail by the Honorable Judge Isherwood.

Arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the Auto Theft Task Force. Mr. Urbaez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed then turned over to Sixth Division District Court for arraignment where he was issued $10,000 personal recognizance bail by the Honorable Judge Isherwood.
LOCATION: CRANSTON
On Tuesday August 25, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit arrested Theodore Sears, age 21, with last known address of648 Main Street, Warren, Rhode Island as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Massachusetts original offense Receiving Stolen Property. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the ACI Investigations Unit and Records and Identification Unit. Mr. Sears was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he was subsequently remanded into the custody of the Sherriffs Department pending extradition.
