On Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 9:15 PM, Troopers arrested Anthony Dinitto, age 46, of 268 Kingstown Road, Narragansett, Rhode Island for 1.) Domestic Violence – Violation of a No Contact Order – 3rd Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Warwick Avenue in City of Warwick. Dinitto was transported to State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment at Third District Court where he will be presented as a probation violator.
On Tuesday, September 1, 2026 at 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Gurpreet Mavi, age 50 of 10 Old Stagecoach Road, Attleboro, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC .15 or Greater – First Offense (Phase I: 0.174% & Phase II: 0.171%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Mavi was transported to the State Police - Wickford Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released pending a future Third District Court arraignment.
