At 5:39 PM, Troopers arrested Jhensen B. Ramirez Garabito, age 27, of 87 Gallatin Street, Apt. #2, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving – First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 138 West in the Town of North Kingstown. Ramirez Garabito was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a pending Fourth Division District Court Date.
