ARREST: 2026-057282 LOCATION: WARWICK
At 12:43 AM, Troopers arrested Amanda Resendes, age 38, of 64 Grove Avenue. East Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police – Hope Valley barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third District Court date.
