At 10:12 p.m, troopers arrested Samantha L. Conn, age 37, of 435 Beverage Hill Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving under the Influence of Alcohol – BAC Unknown – First Offense 2.) Reckless Driving – First Offense and 3.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
At 3:15 a.m, troopers arrested Joseph Martin, age 21, of 186 6th Avenue, Apartment 2, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth and Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed and held pending arraignment in Third Division District Court, where he will be presented as a probation violator.
