At 1:12 PM Troopers arrested Ridge E. Spears, age 30, of 53 Indian Cedar Drive, Charlestown, Rhode Island for 1.) Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, brought before a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Third Division District Court Date.
