At 12:56 PM, Troopers arrested Chase A. Pomeranz, age 39, of 139 Oakland Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island on an Affidavit out of the Hope Valley Barracks for two counts of Fraudulent Checks – Large Amounts. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation conducted by Troopers and Mr. Pomeranz turning himself in at the Hope Valley Barracks. Mr. Pomeranz was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court.
