On Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 8:37 AM, Troopers arrested Gregory Barr, age 46, of 32 Grove Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Simple Assault and/or Battery - 3rd Offense, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department and 2.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence - Criminal Violation of No Contact Order - 3rd Offense, originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a Commercial Vehicle Inspection on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Barr was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and then transported to Providence County Superior Court.
On Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 12:00 AM, Troopers arrested Darrel Northup, age 36, of 22 Moss Street, Pawcatuck, Connecticut, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense, and 3.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Greenwich Avenue in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
On Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 1:38 AM, Troopers arrested Ismael Fofana, age 26, of 67 Fairfield Avenue, Providence, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – BAC Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense, 3.) Driving with a Suspended License – Fourth or Subsequent Offense and 4.) Obstruction of an Officer Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police – Wickford Barracks, where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
