On Friday, October 16, 2026, at 11:26 PM, troopers arrested Robert Daluz, age 69 of 27 Moore Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, for 1.) Domestic Violence – Criminal Violation of a No Contact Order. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the city of Providence. The subject was transported to State Police – Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending transport to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center, where he will be held as a bail violator.
