On Saturday October 17, 2026 at 1:43 AM, Troopers arrested Eduin Palacios Cardona, age 24, of 136 Fillmore Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor BAC 0.10 to 0.15 (Phase I: 0.105% / Phase II: 0.111%) First Offense and 2.) Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety First Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North, in the Town of North Providence. Palacios Cardona was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On Saturday October 17, 2026, at 1:43 AM, Troopers arrested Arianna Raposo, age 22, of 258 Hemlock Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts for 1) Disorderly Conduct and 2) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Providence. Raposo was processed at State Police Headquarters and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
