On October 19, 2026, at approximately 12:30 PM, the Financial Crimes Unit arrested Damion M. Graham, age 39, of 36 Home Place, Apartment 3, Lodi, New Jersey, for the following: 1.) one (1) count of Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses (victim over age 65) Over $10,000, and 2.) one (1) count of Exploitation of an Elder Person. Mr. Graham turned himself in and was processed at State Police Headquarters. Mr. Graham was then transported to Third District Court for an afternoon arraignment and made an appearance in front of the Honorable Magistrate Ippolito where he was ordered to relinquish his passport and held on $50,000 surety bail.
