At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Anna Armstrong, age 28, of 351 Engamore Lane, Norwood, Massachusetts for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC .15 or Greater-First Offense (Phase I: .193 and Phase II: .195). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Third Division District Court Date.
