The arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Special Investigations Unit. Mr. Sheriff was arraigned by Magistrate Ippolito where he was held on $2,000.00 surety bail.

The arrest was the result of an investigation by members of the ACI Investigations Unit and the ACI Special Investigations Unit. Mr. Perez was arraigned by Magistrate Ippolito where he was held on $2,000.00 surety bail.
On Thursday, October 22, 2026, at approximately 5:30 AM, members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Justin Roberts, age 40, of 35 Yale Avenue, Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice out of the State of Mississippi for the following: 1.) Four (4) Counts of Photographing, Taping, Filming a Person in Violation of Expectation of Privacy 2.) Habitual Offender. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Violent Fugitive Task Force. Mr. Roberts was taken into custody without incident, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to 6th Division District Court to be arraigned and await extradition.
