At 1:30 AM, Troopers arrested Chantal Murphy, age 39, of 63 Eisenhower Street, Newport, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor-BAC .08 to .15 First Offense (Phase I: .08% BrAC and Phase II: .10% BrAC). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. The subject was transported to the State Police Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a future Fourth Division District Court Date.
