At 3:04 PM, Troopers arrested Fabiano Quirino Vicente, Age 19, of 119 Chester Street, Woonsocket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation. The subject turned himself in at the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and signed a misdemeanor release with a future Third Division District Court Date.
ARREST: 2026-067907 LOCATION: WEST GREENWICH
At 10:59 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Forcier, age 52, of 405 Beach Avenue, Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Possession of a Schedule I to V Controlled Substance – 10 Grams or Less (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road in the Town of West Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight as a probation violator pending morning arraignment.
