At 9:30 PM, Troopers arrested Naisha Ruiz, age 31, of 13 Bartow Street, Apt 1, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest warrant out of the Providence Police Department for Violation of a Court Order. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Ruiz was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to the Providence Police Department.
