On Friday, October 30, 2026 at 9:04 PM, Troopers arrested Douglas Nalls, age 33, of 125 Knight Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Without Consent of Owner or Lessee. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the North Providence Police Department locating the suspect. Nalls was transported to State Police Southern Barracks Public Safety Complex, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and later turned over to the ACI—Men's Intake Center where he will be held as a bail and probation violator pending arraignment at Fourth Division District Court.
