On Friday, October 30, 2026, the ACI Investigations Unit charged Peter Gersualdo, age 56, with last known address of 16 Lane B, Coventry, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive of Justice from the State of Minnesota. The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Department of Corrections Records and Identification Unit and the ACI Investigations Unit. Mr. Gersualdo was arraigned at Third Division District Court where he waived extradition proceedings and was remanded into the custody of the Sherriff's Department pending his return to Minnesota.
