On Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at 11:21 PM, troopers arrested Eudy Santos Roque, age 22, of 140 Chester Avenue, Apt. 2, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless Driving and Other Offenses Against Public Safety – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Union Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Rhode Island State Police Headquarters where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
