The Rhode Island Department of Health (RIDOH) and the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (DEM) recommend lifting the advisory restricting recreational activities at Boone Lake in Exeter. The advisory was related to high levels of blue-green algae, also known as cyanobacteria.
